Eric Stoltz, Wesley Snipes, and William Forsythe are suburb in
writer-co-director Neal Jimenez's fictionalised retelling of the
aftermath of a hiking accident that left him permanently
paralysed from the waist down. Attention to detail, including
what must be re-creations of events that happened during
Jimenez's period of hospitalisation, make for an absorbing,
emotional, and often suprisingly humorous story of confronting
the unthinkable.
